sent burger with mayo when asked no mayo then they sent what looked like a roll on sausage no bun a morning roll n the burger didn't look properly

Chips had a lot of discolouration and the fish batter was greasy/soggy, disappointing as it’s my local chippy.

Pre ordered as was in a rush and didn’t have the time to wait. Got there and it didn’t get prepared until after I arrived (was told a further 10 min) despite the fact it was paid for and booked for a specific time. I’d have been as well just going else where and waiting as the food was just mediocre. I’m not sure the chips were even fully cooked to be honest.
